TERMS & CONDITIONS

Customers can return any goods within 7 days of purchase if unsuitable.  These goods must be in perfect condition.  Refunds will be issued upon receipt of goods.

If there is an error with your order please contact us as soon as possible so the situation can be resolved.

If any goods arrive damaged please note this on the courier drivers signature slip.

PALLET TERMS

Pallet deliveries are free to mainland england, wales and south scotland. 

The following areas / postcodes will incur an extra delivery charge:

  • PA21+
  • AB
  • PH8+
  • IV
  • KW
  • Isle of Man
  • Isle of White
  • Channel Islands
  • Scottish Isles

The above areas are subject to change

A contact telephone number is required for pallet deliveries

You will be contacted to agree a delivery date

Any redeliveries will incur an extra charge
